Now I understand why she gets 5 star rating compared to all the rest (even the doctors lol) ! She is so knowledgeable and provided such relief when she gave a way for me to reach her after the appointment through the system. That was a big deal for me as i still had uncertainty of how soon i can get the medication because the pharmacy was still closed. She took her time to hear me out and I felt totally comfortable sharing such a personal and potentially embarrassing situation. Already on the 1st dose of antibiotics, pain is gone, and able to catchup on some sleep i lost last night. Thank you Katie!
