Horrible service and provider. Wasted 50 dollars on a scam. Multiple visits with sesame before. No problems. This lady was searching for issues. Do not contact her if you have and mental health disorders.

Do not waste your time and money booking with this provider. She'll prescribe medication and never send the script to the pharmacy. You will not be able to reach her via messages and not even Sesame care customer service will be able to get a response from her. You will end up having to book a different provider after waiting 24 hours needing antibiotics. What a joke!

She was very thorough in her assessment questions. Prescriptions and advised follow up. Only thing work excuse note she wrote did not cover dates and therefore I’ll have to pay for another doctors visit. Even if I think it’s just a sinus allergy reaction treatable with OTC meds, I am required to have a doctors note. Even if initially sent home by employee health.

Overall, the care I received was exactly what I needed, and I already feel better. However, the video appointment started off a bit uncomfortable due to the provider's demeanor, which came across as somewhat judgmental. While the care itself was effective, I'm unsure whether I would choose this provider again in the future.

Came off very rude wanted to talk over my concerns only softened after religious reviews were made. Constantly rolling eyes and explained my choice wasn’t really the best option for me but she will do it anyways. Should be more kind and understanding. Of the patients well being and care.

Only gave me a month-long prescription, defeating the entire purpose of using this service. When I said, " Thank you", told me to "Thank God instead". I come here to avoid having to go to the doctor every three months for my prescription, not for a religious sermon. She has also made this markedly more expensive for me now that I have to come back next month. If you want someone with the bedside manner of an inquisitor after the Reconquista, she is a decent choice. If not, look elsewhere.

Overall it was a decent experience. Not happy with communication after the visit. My Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I had clarified which one I wanted it sent to in a message, but it was disregarded. Just a little inconvenient.
