Marisa Kane, NP, practices Family Medicine with a focus that includes urgent care, weight loss, and women’s health. She meets people where they are, considering diet, lifestyle, and medications to create an individualized, attainable plan.
A Nurse Practitioner, Marisa earned her BSN from the University of Rhode Island and her MSN–Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the same organization. She brings three years of experience to her work.

Marisa’s path into healthcare was inspired by her grandmother’s stories about caring for babies on her unit. She enjoys helping people meet their goals and reducing disease burden so they can enjoy their lives.
