I had an allergic reaction to some type of sting. The provider asked me if I was on BP medication and then said I needed to go somewhere to be seen in person.

We live in Ontario so the on line doctor is very much appreciated. The doctor was good, gave me prescription. I had a very bad phone connection and could only hear about every second word, could not ask him any questions but that was not his fault. I did not have a good appointment because of that. Thank you.

Nicolas Nsiah was super professional and kind. He listened carefully to my concern and calmed me. He wrote a prescription and followed up to make sure I didn’t have any issues with my pharmacy filling it. I never used this app before but I will definitely use it again. I highly recommend the app and can only hope I am lucky enough to get Nicholas again
