Very easy to set up an appointment and the Dr. called with an video appointment just needed a prescription refill. Gave the Dr. information and where to send and was done within 2 hours. Fast easy and reliable and the Dr. was very nice.

He was really kind but after the visit I realized I forgot to get a note for work so I messaged him right away and I still haven’t heard back from him or gotten a note which means I may not get paid for the days I was out sick.

Dr. Isibor is always attentive and able to figure out how to treat his patients . He is kind, understanding and knowledgeable as well . He has helped me numerous times when I was in need of urgent Medical advice .

I would give a 3/5 stars. He addressed the problem and gave a solution. But didn't really seem to care. I was on the call a total of 4 minutes and asked 2 questions and then it was done. I don't really know if this is really the problem.

Appointment was great however the Rx that was written for me was for 1 pill NOT 1 month worth of pills which is disappointing.

After he joined, he didn't explain why he was late or apologize at all. For the treatment, all I needed was to ask him to prescribe a particular medicine which I determine from ChatGPT already. Doctor Joseph was great and very kind. And the whole sesame team was amazing! Communication was nearly instant and pharmacy issues taken care of quickly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!

He is a great doctor, he cares, and listens. But getting the rxs is difficult, electronically. Walgreens always doesnt have it. I think its walgreens problem, not the doctor. This is a great way to seek medical care if you dont have insurance or cant get to a doctor. listens. There is trouble actually getting the rxs however
