Disrespectful and does not care about her patients. Failed to provide a decent and professional setting for the appointment. She spent more time tending to her crying kids in the background than caring for me as her patient. Very unprofessional.

The provider and appoitment were great. BUT my prescriptions did not get to the pharmacy even after MULTIPLE REQUESTS. We agreed upon 30 day supply of Ondansetron 8mg, and 30 day supply of Ondansetron 4mg. Only 16 tabs at 8mg were prescribed. I am not satisfied and would like this corrected or my momey back. She was direct and to-the-point, which I appreciated. She guided the appointment rather than waiting for me to initiate, which was helpful.

We had some technical difficulties but she was very professional and easy to talk too

she tried to order a lab for me and couldn’t figure out how during our first appointment and she made me pay for a new appointment just so she could order the lab and refused to talk about my concerns unless i booked a separate appointment. definetly a money grab
