This was exactly what a telehealth service should be. The doctor was right on time with the appointment, was cordial, listened to my concerns, and promptly provided the refill I needed. It is so ridiculous to pay for in office visits for routine medication where no other treatment is rendered. This took care of the refill in a cost efficient way, quickly and effortlessly. The doctor got a messages (ringer went off) while I was explaining my concerns, started reading/responding to the message and did not respond to me for almost a minute while we both sat in silence then rushed me to finish explaining my concerns when, at this point, we were only on the call for about 5 minutes. He then laughed at me be saying “I don’t have tests for [that]”. The call lasted less than 10 minutes. And he was not helpful.
