A pleasure working with Dr. Tawfeek. I use to have to travel 45 minutes and wait over an hour for a doctor. He is easily available and quick responses to my needs.

Unfriendly, short and curt, talked down to me and didn't listen to my questions / concerns. Was talking to me from his car and I didn't feel he even gave a sh*t about my health or car. More like the call was an inconvenience. Terrible experience.

Doctor didn’t join zoom call. He just called me and asked if I wanted refill or new prescription. I told him refill he said he’d put it in and then hung up. The whole call was less than 1 minute.

I was not told on website that only certain medications can be prescribed. The doctor called me on my cell, no video, on speakerphone in car and RUSHED thru explanation, literally not even saying hello. I was on phone approximately only 2 min. Immediately contacted site to explain all this and a chat response I got was, no refunds no matter whether medicine was prescribed or appt was short. The Dr was great. Prescribed the meds. Quick appt.

While the Dr. was very nice, he had a child screaming in the background and could barely hear a word, the appt lasted all of 1 min for $60 and I no chance at all to talk about anything else

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had concerns about taking two medicines that had both previously caused adverse reactions -- he still prescribed them - I genuinely cannot take these meds. I felt like explaining both what was going on and my concerns reached someone knowing better so I just gave up - and I am still unwell.

Dr KT is the best and really is guiding me to get healthy and is always available when I need him. e.g. had an 8:15pm appt and he showed up. Thank you. I recommend him to anyone who is making an appointment on sesame.

He didn’t show up I had to wait sick

He was smart, courteous, and right to the point. Which I like. We discussed things and made a plan which I’m looking forward to follow through with. I will definitely continue my visits.
