Quick and professional evaluation to rule out tick bite. She asked relevant questions, looked at arm, and submitted RX immediately for rash with instructions if follow-up needed.

Jackavey is always a delight and a breath of fresh air. She listen to my needs. Address my needs, and offer great advise. I only saw her face to face on zoom 6 months ago, and she remembers how much better I look today than six months ago. My weight lost journey has been an amazing transformation. Not personable. In a hurry and quick to end call. My call lasted less than 3 minutes. Felt rushed.

Dr Jakarty called me when I couldn't access the video call because of issues with my settings. She listened to my concerns and prescribed some medications to help. She also advised what to do next if I don't start feeling better.

She was on time. She has a calm and kind demeanor.
