I was having an acne flare up weeks before my wedding. It was a long wait for other in-person derms, so I booked an appointment with Suzie. She was amazing. Empathetic and helpful. She gave me some short term and long term options for my skin. I’ve been seeing derms for years and my experience with Suzie is at the top of the list of providers.

Tbh I’m not sure what to say in regards to my visit with her. I can say I felt she was not compassionate nor empathetic to my situation, I felt like my questions were answered as if I should already know these things almost as if she was irritated idk. Jackavey is always a delight and a breath of fresh air. She listen to my needs. Address my needs, and offer great advise. I only saw her face to face on zoom 6 months ago, and she remembers how much better I look today than six months ago. My weight lost journey has been an amazing transformation. With wegovy, I am nw weening off of it and able to maintain my weight lost.

Dr Jakarty called me when I couldn't access the video call because of issues with my settings. She listened to my concerns and prescribed some medications to help. She also advised what to do next if I don't start feeling better.
