That’s a major barrier for patients with high deductibles or without insurance who are paying out of pocket for their care.

Luckily, these discounted self-pay prices make Wegovy and Ozempic far more accessible. And since you don’t need insurance to use the Success by Sesame weight loss program, getting a prescription for these medications is more accessible as well.

Costco Members can unlock this benefit at Costco Pharmacy with a prescription for Ozempic or Wegovy through Sesame’s weight loss program, Success by Sesame. Here’s how to get started:

1. Activate your Costco health perks
Visit the Sesame x Costco member page to unlock exclusive Sesame benefits available only to Costco Members.

2. Join Success by Sesame
Once your perks are active, you can sign up for Success by Sesame, Sesame’s online weight loss program. You’ll meet virtually with a licensed clinician who can help determine if medications like Ozempic or Wegovy are right for you.

3. Fill your prescription at Costco Pharmacy
If prescribed, your medication will be sent directly to your local Costco Pharmacy, where you can pick it up for just $349, no insurance needed. Plus, Costco Executive Members and Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi holders will receive an additional 2% reward on their medication purchase (subject to applicable terms).
