Dr. Filsoof called me a few minutes before the appointment time and listened to my symptoms. He quickly knew how to help me and prescribed the medication needed to help my body get well again.

The prescription was sent to the wrong state. When that was finally fixed it turned out to be the wrong prescription. So I go a third night with sore throat, ears and such a bad sinus infection I have to sleep sitting up. Plus I have to drive another 2 hours as I'm in rural area to go pick up the corrected prescription.

He arrived an hour tardy for the meeting and immediately dismissed my inquiries, claiming he had no time. He then aggressively pushed his services, insisting I needed a lengthy consultation, and simply glanced at my lab results declaring me healthy. Undoubtedly, one of the most ignorant doctors I have encountered.

The doctor I selected did not even have time to join the video call. He called from his office and let me know he “didn’t have time to join the video call” as he was “with a patient “. We were the phone for less than one minute. I did not have time to fully explain my symptoms. He said sounds like you need an antibiotic. I’ll send one in 30 seconds.” I asked if he was sending to the pharmacy. He did not explain the prescription would be sent by text.
