The doctor was empathetic towards my situation and gave me Thorough explanation of the cause.

The nurse practitioner met my refill needs and then some. She taught me something new, took her time and made me feel like my health was important to her.

Signing up was the hardest part, ads to go here and there was anoyning, appointment was great, successful and seamless!

Kathleen was kind and caring. She was operating under the assumption that I would know she is in Central Time, 2 hours ahead of me. I booked the appointment for 1:30 my time. This resulted in two appointments and two charges. I am still waiting for a refund. So the feedback is - somehow fix the calendar for the providers.

Review the call she just shut me down and hung up on me. I didn't have money to go to a regular doctor that is why I did this scam. Doctors appointment.
