Kathleen was kind and caring. She was operating under the assumption that I would know she is in Central Time, 2 hours ahead of me. I booked the appointment for 1:30 my time. This resulted in two appointments and two charges. I am still waiting for a refund. So the feedback is - somehow fix the calendar for the providers.

I was trying to explain my symptoms to the Dr she did not let me finish interrupted me and told me I should go to the urgent care or try eating a lozenge and that my symptoms don't seem ro be that bad I am extremely disappointed in this service and the bed side manner given to me by this doctor biggest waste of money I have ever spent I did not feel heard or taken care of I will never use sesame care ever again

Doctor didn't even listen to me was on the phone 5 minutes and says I can't help u. This isn't right that u allow doctors to just steal money from us. Review the call she just shut me down and hung up on me. I didn't have money to go to a regular doctor that is why I did this scam. Doctors appointment. I again can't belive this is acceptable to your company. I expect to get a refund for 5 min call that did nothing
