I asked the provider for a note for my employer since I work in a clinic. My employer wanted proof that I saw a doctor and that I was cleared to return to work. I never received the note, I sent a message to the provider requesting the note. She never replied back to me, I reached out to customer service and they also did not send me the note. she listened, was thorough and understanding. I needed a Dr note which we discussed during the visit, but I never received it. she did not respond through chat when I inquired about it.

Very fast and efficient. Appointment lasted for 3 minutes I told her my symptoms and what I thought I had and she didn’t ask me any extra personal questions as to how what I needed happened which me feel more comfortable. She prescribed me my antibiotics and I was able to pick it up within an hour.

Very kind and thorough. I was embarrassed by my issue but she was professional and made me feel at ease. Will definitely use her again.

Overall, the session was fine, but the provider did not put my prescription in his promised and so that was a bit frustrating and I’ve been communicating with her and I have not received a response. I do know the website says it takes 24 hours but she gave me the prescription that she told me she was gonna input. Very understanding

As a patient with multiple chronic illnesses, I chose Sesame and NP Kaur did not meet my needs. I asked for a Zpak, Albuteral and cough medication. I received nothing, but stress.

Provider was over 20 minutes late and blamed it on technical issues. Provider was rude and kept cutting me off as I was explaining past medical issues and experiences. This was worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. I will NEVER book her again IF I decide to ever book with Sesame again!!!

This doctor did nothing to help me and has left me in a worse position than before. I needed my thyroid levels checked and a prescription for Euthyrox. The doctor understood this and even asked which pharmacy I would like my prescription sent to during the video appointment.I got a blood test and my levels were way out of range. the doctor essentially just said "my TSH levels are low." Great.. thanks for that. What can we do about it? Nothing. She has ignored every message I've sent, and did not call in any prescription, and essentially abandoned me. Dr was thorough and helped me get the meds needed to get back to good health.

My provider was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. She did not make me feel like the consultation was rushed, and she made sure any concerns were addressed. I very highly recommend her.
