Dr Mayoral didn’t join the appointment

I was supposed to get refills for 2 meds. He only send one

Even though I was having some technical issues, the doctor was able to help work through them and still provide the care that I was looking for and needed. Thank you!

The first doctor I saw never showed up. I rescheduled with Dr. Mayoral, and he called me as soon as he saw there was a technical issue with the video call. That's a doctor who shows he cares for a patient. I'll be seeing him moving forward.
