Kevin Zhang, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with additional emergency medicine experience. He specializes in addressing general primary care/adult health needs such as adult health, high blood pressure, diabetes, weight loss, and urgent care needs such as cold, cough, flu, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, and sexually transmitted infections. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and Physicians for Patient Protection (PPP) and provides care in English. He is able to treat symptoms of a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including fatigue, cough, congestion, sore throat, fever, urinary symptoms, sexual health concerns, and more. A lifelong computer nerd and techie with a computer science degree, Dr. Zhang decided to pursue medicine after finding a conventional career in software development unfulfilling. He enjoys helping people in a more direct and hands-on way. His care philosophy is to treat patients like he would his own family and friends. He values getting to the root of the problem rather than just treating symptoms, and his favorite part of practicing medicine is exploring the diagnosis.
