He was personable, comfortable to talk to . Very down to earth and very helpful . Appreciate this way of getting things we need taken care of. I was worried about seeing a Dr I didn't know or what to expect . But when I was talking to him I felt as ease. And he was very affordable.

Dr. kKayastha was considerate and asked great questions. He reviewed my medicines and checked in with me on how they were working for me. He also asked me if I need d anything else or had any other concerns.

This was my first time using this system and it was very easy, dr was super helpful, not too pricey, and efficient! Definitely will be back. Kiddo got to sleep while I took care of business and that made everyone’s day a little easier in our home.

The provider was not ready to recieve the patient. The attitude and environment. The provider could use in ear headphone at least to communicate with the customer but he did not. it was hard to communicate due to other noises and malfunction of audio system on his side. I was not expecting fully equipped context but it was way lower than my expectation.

I was nervous using this service because I had never done so before. It way surpassed my expectations. The doctor was so kind and listened to all my concerns. He was quick but efficient and had great personality. I can't express how much his kindness meant to me and that he made himself available to his patients even on the weekend. 10/10 Would highly recommend.
