The provider was friendly, caring and listened. The only issue we have it that the nasal spray prescribed was prescribed as an inhaler so we haven't been able to get the correct prescription yet.

Please be very wary about selecting a provider and online video appointments in general. I decided to go this route to save money, but I had a terrible experience with Salimah Jones. I had a few painful bumps that appeared on my butt and she misdiagnosed me with an STI/STD without asking any questions that would be relevant to this diagnosis (i.e. sexual history, sexual partners). She did not recommend me and my partner get tested to verify the diagnosis, and just proceeded to prescribe medication. I even asked if she would recommended testing to verify that the diagnosis was correct, and she just responded "You can..." I was hoping that she would offer up other reasonable explanations but somehow she was convinced that an STI/STD was the only possible diagnosis. The next day I went to urgent care and found out it was an abscess. Luckily, the infection didn't spread to my blood but I was hospitalized for four days. TLDR; please be careful and don't be afraid to get a second opinion.Please be very wary about selecting a provider and online video appointments in general.
