Please be very wary about selecting a provider and online video appointments in general. I decided to go this route to save money, but I had a terrible experience with Salimah Jones. I had a few painful bumps that appeared on my butt and she misdiagnosed me with an STI/STD without asking any questions that would be relevant to this diagnosis (i.e. sexual history, sexual partners). She did not recommend me and my partner get tested to verify the diagnosis, and just proceeded to prescribe medication. I even asked if she would recommended testing to verify that the diagnosis was correct, and she just responded "You can..." I was hoping that she would offer up other reasonable explanations but somehow she was convinced that an STI/STD was the only possible diagnosis. The next day I went to urgent care and found out it was an abscess. Luckily, the infection didn't spread to my blood but I was hospitalized for four days. TLDR; please be careful and don't be afraid to get a second opinion.

My experience working with Salimah Jones was stellar. She was friendly and efficient and attentive even after the call, when I had to change the pharmacy for my prescription. I'd be glad to work with Salimah again.

Only received prescription for one of two medications discussed. Was unable to follow-up with provider, and Sesame customer service was extremely unhelpful in getting this resolved.

The provider was over 10 mins late to our 15 minute long appointment. Although I appreciated the short talk and her getting to the point unlike some doctors who’s consults can be long winded. The issue occurred when the Doctor mislabeled my prescription refill. My prescription was rejected by 4 pharmacies before one called me to inform that the doctor order capsules but notated them as tablets. Having taken the same medication for the last 16 years for my chronic condition I had only ever taken the medication in tablet form. The pharmacy called to verify the tablets or capsules to which the provider clarified capsules. Pharmacist double checked due to the capsules be significantly higher in price for the same dosage. Imagine my surprise when they called to say they could fill my prescription which would normally cost me $10!would now be $365. Provider did not respond to my messages in the portal. Had to contact support to escalate the issue before the provider resent the prescription.
