The provider was a bit late to the appointment. I didn't feel listened to, my health history was dismissed, and I didn't receive a prescription refill. All in all, it wasn't worth my time. I wouldn't recommend.

Came across very cold. The last provider I saw on here was very sweet and gave me several months of refills for the meds I’ve been on for over a year. She refused to do this and seemed annoyed that I asked, telling me I needed to see a different provider. Sesame was a godsend for me as it’s been impossible to find someone who takes my insurance. I refuse to pay an additional $50 a month to refill my non-controlled meds that I’ve been on for a long time.Came across very cold. I have been a patient of Randi’s for 2yrs now. I’m 64 & pretty healthy. No insurance 🤷🏻‍♀️ but really only need blood pressure medicine. But I’ve had the flu & (ugh) shingles & each time Randi was readily available to diagnose & assist with prescriptions. If you join Sesame Plus you receive a free, annual blood work up & I use that as a meter to indicate any issues or potential issues. I’m glad I got the prescription, but the NP didn’t take me very seriously. Her tone was condescending bc my concern wasn’t physical big but still important. She could be more understanding.

Randi was 27 minutes late to the appointment. She asked how she could help me, only to cut me off mid sentence to tell me she does not provide care regarding the drug mentioned in the notes that were provided prior to the appointment. The doctor acted very unprofessional with the worst attitude and kids screaming loudly at the phone during the entire call. The call was not helpful at all as there was no solution provided to help me either.
